I had a wonderful stay at Villa Galilee, which was perfect for our family celebration. The hotel is charming with great service and a cozy atmosphere. However, the dining experience was a bit hit or miss, and we encountered some cleanliness issues in the rooms. Overall, it was a lovely weekend getaway, but there’s room for improvement in certain areas.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were spacious and clean, although we did notice some cleanliness issues upon arrival, such as dust and stained sheets.

The service was excellent, and the staff cheerfully accommodated our requests, making our stay enjoyable.
Location
8.0
The hotel is perched on a hill with gorgeous views of the Galilee area, making it a picturesque spot for relaxation.
Dining

The food was generally good, but we found the dinner options repetitive and not worth the high price, especially considering how we were served the same meal both days.
Facilities

The hotel's amenities included a nice lobby and a pleasant swimming pool area that we enjoyed.

I had high hopes for this hotel, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. While the exterior was charming, the service was severely lacking, particularly regarding promised amenities. The pool was closed and dirty, and the dining options left a lot to be desired. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you're looking for a pleasant getaway.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were dusty on arrival, and the bathroom had mold. It felt unclean, but the space itself was decent.

The hotel's location was okay but not central, making it difficult to access nearby attractions without driving.

Breakfast was inedible, and the dining options did not live up to what was advertised.
Facilities

The swimming pool was closed and full of leaves, which was disappointing since it was still warm enough for swimming.

My recent stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The location is lovely, but the service was severely lacking, and I felt misled by the information provided during booking. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but overall, the experience didn’t live up to what I had hoped for, especially considering the high cost.

8.0
The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bed and a nice shower.

The service was poor; staff were unhelpful and unresponsive to our concerns about the restaurant and booked massages.
Location

The location was nice, away from the city hustle, with beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.
Dining

Dining was frustrating as the promised kosher restaurant was closed, and the meals we had were repeated over our two-night stay.

The amenities were minimal, including a pool that had limited hours.

5.8/10

The hotel has a lovely exterior and beautiful views over the Galilee area, making it quite charming. However, there are several areas that need improvement, particularly the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities. While the breakfast was decent, it was not memorable, and the state of the rooms, especially the bathrooms, was disappointing. Overall, I left with mixed feelings about the value for money.

Rooms
6.0
The deluxe room was spacious but had a small and awkwardly laid out bathroom, while the standard room was quite small. There were issues with the refrigerator making noise throughout the night.
Service
5.0
I found the service lacking, particularly in terms of responsiveness to our complaints. The management did not seem proactive in addressing room issues.
Location
7.0
The location is quite scenic, situated high on a hill with great views, but being a bit remote could be problematic as it limits access to nearby restaurants.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast offered was typical Israeli buffet style and was adequate but definitely not memorable; some items fell short of expectations.
Facilities
5.0
The outdoor swimming pool could use better maintenance, as it was not clean and was closed during our stay despite the season.

My experience at this hotel was initially exciting, but it quickly turned into a letdown. Despite paying a hefty price for the room, I found it and the Jacuzzi to be less than clean. The staff, unfortunately, didn't seem very engaged or helpful. What was particularly disheartening was that the advertised kosher restaurant was closed, leading to a frustrating interaction with the front desk. Overall, while the hotel has potential, my stay left much to be desired.

Rooms
5.0
The room was spacious but lacked cleanliness.
Service
5.0
Service was quite unprofessional and lacked attentiveness.
Location

The amenities are minimal, and the pool hours were restrictive.
